IDENTIFYING AND RAISING CHILDREN ACCORDING TO THEIR MOTIVATIONAL GIFT: The Exhorter while emotionally oriented does not seem to experience depression in harsh circumstances. Rather they seem to be able to use such experiences to mature. Adults usually delight in interacting with the Exhorter for they listen and project a caring attitude. Discipline and correction is important during the first few years with emphasis always being placed on consequences.
