A Word to the Wise

6-30-2015 – A Word to the Wise: One of my chief enemies in life is wasp. Stung once and having done nothing to cause the attack, I have waged unrelenting war on these little beast. That one sting resulted in a multitude of deaths believe me I got my pound of flesh. Now In my old age I have reached the conclusion that many of the things that happen are important parables for our learning. Exodus 23:28 “And I will send hornets before you which will drive out Hivite, Canaanite, and Hittite”. So when I stumbled across this passage I knew immediately my war with the beast of the field had a point. I go into greater detail in the lessons on military battle but I highlight this one aspect here because of its personal importance.
