The Scourge of Pornography: Fornication and Adultery, Consequences and Cures
A four hour seminar designed to help expose the lies of pornography and bring freedom to those who struggle with this scourge. The seminar will focus on the impact of pornography on our nation, churches, individually and the high cost to each. The seminar will also discuss the history and types of pornography and provide steps to bring lasting freedom to this addiction. The seminar is great for Church leaders, Men’s groups, marriage training, and any who are looking to save themselves and their families from this scourge.
Some may wish to take advantage of a special resource available at the seminar. Forensic examination can be performed on a computer to determine exactly what sites have been visited, the time spent on those sites, the time of day those visits took place and the type of material viewed while visiting the sites. Charges are based on the type of computer and hard drive capacity. A report is issued detailing the severity of the problem. All computer testing is voluntary and is completely confidential.
Christian young people are falling into sin and away from God in record numbers. In the fastpaced life of America, the temptations to sin can be enormous. There was a time when sexual sin in the Church was almost strictly a man’s issue. Those days are gone. Christian women are becoming addicted to pornography. Others are bouncing from one sexual relationship to another. Never has there been a time when it was so easy for a man to become addicted to sexual sin and so difficult to get free. Our culture is permeated with sexual imagery. Magazine racks offer pictures of girls in teensy bikinis. Primetime situation comedies almost continually revolve around sexual storylines involving teenage promiscuity, extramarital affairs, homosexuality and worse. And then there is the Internet, which houses the images of any kind of sexual fantasy a one might conceive.
