This cost comes from accidents related to inattention resulting from the sexual behavior, poor decision-making, impulsive spending, the cost to maintain an affair, job loss related to the behavior, pornography with all its related industries, and so forth. One researcher estimated that more than a trillion dollars annually is lost as the result of the direct and indirect cost of immorality in the United States.
