THE MOTIVATIONAL GIFTS
Through His power working in us, He can
accomplish far more than we can ask or
imagine.
A seminar to examine the various gifts the Lord has given us to produce unity and build up the Church.
Prior to the twentieth century, nothing was written about the motivational gifts except for the New Testament references. It has only been in the last twenty years that these gifts have been “rediscovered.” Primarily the term motivational gifts as used here refer to the gifts that are spelled out by Paul in the twelfth chapter of Romans. Each gift can be identified and has its own set of observable qualities. Paul tells us about the gifts in Romans 12: 4-13.
For as in one body we have many members, and all the members do not have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, in our serving; he who teaches, in his teaching, he who exhorts, in his exhortation; he who contributes, in liberality; he who gives aid, with zeal; he who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.”

the things that I learned today is that We see things differently. My wife is a mercy and I am an exhortation. She needs to be replenished with positive reinforcement. She is petrified of me because she feels that she can do no right because we dont understand each other. I need to raise the value I see in her and show her what her true value is to me. Read Proverbs,Joshua, for the content.
Good please continue with it Cedric
